Your booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation via email. This confirmation constitutes a binding agreement between you and orderoaplx.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

5.2 Payment Schedule

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before service: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before service: No refund
• No-show: No refund

6.2 Company Cancellations

We may cancel services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

6.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

7.1 Health and Fitness

You must inform us of any medical conditions, physical limitations, or dietary requirements that may affect your participation in our services. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally capable of participating safely.

7.2 Conduct

You agree to:

• Respect other participants, guides, and the environment
• Not engage in illegal activities or substance abuse
• Arrive punctually for scheduled services
• Bring appropriate clothing and personal items as advised

7.3 Equipment Care

You are responsible for the proper use and care of any equipment provided. You may be charged for damage or loss resulting from misuse or negligence.

8. Safety and Risk

8.1 Inherent Risks

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, and natural hazards.

8.2 Insurance

We maintain appropriate liability insurance. However, we strongly recommend that you obtain personal travel and activity insurance to cover potential injuries, cancellations, and personal property.

8.3 Safety Compliance

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who pose a safety risk to themselves or others, or who fail to follow safety instructions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, orderoaplx's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal injury resulting from your participation in our services.

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemic restrictions, or severe weather conditions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, images, logos, and designs, are owned by orderoaplx or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
